Update: LSO investigation into exam cheating

The Law Society of Ontario has concluded its investigation into cheating on the November 2021 lawyer licensing exm administration. Exam results were voided with a "fail" result for 21 candidates. For 126 candidates, exam results and progress in the licensing process were vioded, meaning all previous exams and training are also considered void and they cannot re-apply for one year. One candidate's results and registration were not voided, and 22 candidates had the inquiry closed with no action against their exam or registration process.
