CLEAR's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Statement
CLEAR recognizes that its mission is achieved by serving as a diverse, equitable, and inclusive network of regulatory stakeholders. Our association values a culture of inclusion in which each member of the stakeholder community is accepted, respected, and experiences a shared sense of belonging. CLEAR is mindful of all aspects of human difference, such as socioeconomic status, race, ethnicity, language, nationality, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, geography, disability and age.
CLEAR will produce tangible and measurable outcomes that equip regulators seeking to combat unconscious bias and resource efforts related to diversity, equity and inclusion. CLEAR will integrate its diversity, equity and inclusion focus into its strategic decision-making process and into the operations of the organization. CLEAR recognizes the shared responsibility of ensuring equity, inclusion and diversity are reflected in our values and culture.
The organization’s diversity, equity and inclusion statement will be reviewed at least annually, to ensure it continues to reflect CLEAR’s values and aspirations and meets the needs of the stakeholder community it serves.
