Winter Symposium
CLEAR's Winter Symposium is held annually in tandem with the Midyear Business Meeting. This event provides a forum for CLEAR members and other regulatory stakeholders to convene to network, share best practices, and take a deeper look at a singular issue or topic facing regulators today.

2026 Midyear Business Meeting | January 8-9 | Nashville, Tennessee
CLEAR’s 2026 Midyear Business Meeting will be held in conjunction with CLEAR’s Winter Symposium. The Midyear Business Meeting will be held January 8-9, 2026. The program will start at the end of the Winter Symposium with a committee reception on January 7, 2026. CLEAR's committee members should plan on attending the meeting, while other CLEAR members are welcome to participate.
