2025 Annual Educational Conference

CLEAR's 45th Annual Educational Conference will be held in Chicago, Illinois, from September 15 to 18, 2025.  Content is developed by and for members of the regulatory community, with one aim: to promote regulatory excellence. 

Conference sessions are focused on four distinct areas of inquiry:

Regulatory Administration and Governance 
Compliance, Discipline, and Enforcement
Entry to Practice Standards and Continuing Competence
Testing and Examinations

Sessions include presentations, moderated panels, roundtable discussions, and posters featuring content for regulatory stakeholders of both medical and non-medical related professions. The 2025 Call for Proposals Window Has Closed.

Thank you to all who submitted a proposal for the 2025 Annual Educational Conference. The Annual Conference Program Committee and Subcommittees will review the proposals over the coming weeks and notifications will be sent to proposal submitters no later than February 28.
