Update: settlements in Florida diploma fraud case
Operators of two nursing schools in Florida have confessed to selling fake diplomas and transcripts to students, pleading guilty to conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud. Of the 7,600 students who purchased degrees, about 2,400 passed the licensing exam. The FBI has notified US nursing boards of the students who thusly pased the exam. No complaints or reports of harm have been issued against any of the nurses so far.
