Miami challenged by unlicensed plastic surgery care centers

Miami, Florida has recently seen a number of cases of plastic surgery post-operative recovery homes operating without a license. The charge brought against the facilities is operating an assisted living facility without a license. Charges in some cases include hazardous waste violations.
