Kentucky to review attorney discipline process

At the request of the Kentucky Bar Association, the Kentucly Supreme Court has asked that the American Bar Associationreview Kentucky's attorney discipline process. The ABA's Standing Committee on Professional Regulation will conduct the review and submit a report to the court in the spring. One element in question will be when complaints against lawyers are made public - once probable cause is found or not until the accused lawyer is found guilty.
