Jordan implements online licensure for health professionals

The Jordanian Ministry of Health has completed the automation of licensing services for 54 health professions, allowing Jordanian health professionals to obtain or renew licenses entirely online. This project, developed in collaboration with the Ministry of Digital Economy and funded by USAID, eliminates the need for professionals to visit multiple institutions. The initiative, which aligns with Jordan’s digital strategy, also plans to automate licensing for non-Jordanian workers and includes continuing professional development services for all health professionals.
