Mexico-Texas reciprocity agreement for education

The University of Texas at El Paso and the state of Chihuahua, Mexico have entered into a reciprocity agreement whereby UTEP will create processes to share student documentation and degree information with universities in the state of Chihuahua, who will then be able to assess whether the degree plans would qualify students for professional licensure in Mexico. The new process is expected to be in place by the end of the year.
