Position Title: Compliance Supervisory

The Office of Emergency Medical Services (OEMS) is looking for their next Compliance Supervisor! This position manages the office’s complaint and compliance process, ensuring investigations are thorough and disciplinary actions are enforced. The position oversees investigative staff by providing feedback, training, and performance evaluations while setting priorities and resolving operational challenges. The role requires strong knowledge of state laws and legal procedures, along with excellent organizational and time-management skills. This position additionally handles complaints, enforces corrective actions, and acts as the main contact for the Certification Specialist and Attorney General’s Office. This position additionally supports leadership in rulemaking and legal updates, ensuring projects stay on track, with some travel required for meetings and investigations.

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Supervising assigned staff and programs.
  • Managing the complaint resolution process.
  • Guide and direct investigative staff in the compliance of individuals and entities under OEMS disciplinary and corrective action.
  • Investigating non-compliance of individuals and entities under disciplinary and corrective action.
  • Preparing legal documents.
