Wisconsin appoints new deputy secretary

The Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services (DSPS) has announced the promotion of Jennifer Garrett to deputy secretary. Garrett has previously served as Communications Director before moving to Assistant Deputy Secretary for the department. She is also a member of the CLEAR board of directors. Niko Ruud has been named Assistant Deputy Secretary, having served for two years as Administrator of the department’s Division of Professional Credential Processing.
