UK NMC: benefits of preceptorship program
This article highlights the benefits of The Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE) program to support newly-qualified social workers during their first year of employment. "The programme supports not just the learning of new recruits but also supports the learning and development of social workers overall. It can also identify practice issues in newly-qualified social workers as a collective, which can then lead to engagement with local universities about strengthening education processes in specific areas."
