Pennsylvania considers radiologic technologist licensure

A bill under consideration in Pennsylvania would require those performing medical imaging and radiation therapy services - within radiography, nuclear medicine, diagnostic sonography, MRI, CT and radiation therapy - to be licensed. The American Society of Radiologic Technologists, the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists, and the Pennsylvania Society of Radiologic Technologists all support the bill.
