Oregon reduces training hours for licensed therapists

Changes to the requirements for licensed therapists in Oregon reduce training requirements by 500 hours to 1,900 versus the former 2,400 hours. The change brings Oregon more in line with other states' requirements. Students can now complete 400 client hours during their graduate degree programs and 1,500 paid hours following graduation.
