Position Title: Program Specialist (VAULT)
Organization:  American Association of Veterinary State Boards (AAVSB)
Location:  This position may be virtual/remote with the understanding that there will be required company-paid travel to Overland Park, KS, and potentially other locations throughout the year.
Salary:  $46,000 – $50,000

The Program Specialist (VAULT) position is administrative and requires processing official documents related to veterinary licensure. The role is also instrumental in ensuring the efficient workflow and accuracy of the score transfer process to veterinary licensing boards through leadership, collaboration, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The Program Specialist (VAULT) exemplifies excellent customer service, utilizes data to make informed decisions, and contributes to strategic initiatives. This role requires a proactive approach to process improvement and effective communication.

The ideal Specialist candidate will have two or more years of experience working with regulatory boards of any profession and their licensure processes. This candidate will have proven performance working collaboratively on a team. In addition, candidates should have strong written and verbal communication skills.
