Join us for an insightful webinar examining the intersection of professional licensing and First Amendment free speech claims, focusing on the implications for multiple “speaking” professions including, but not limited to, dietetics, surveying, and counseling. This session will explore constitutional arguments challenging licensing regulations, highlighting pivotal cases and current litigation. We will examine the line between conduct and speech in professional regulation and shed light on potential implications of courts deeming telemedicine as simply “speech.”  Attendees will leave with valuable insights into the evolving legal landscape shaping the future of professional regulation.
