The program for the Regulatory Research Day and International Congress 
will be available late May 2025.

CLEAR does not have a host hotel for this program.  Below are some hotel options that are within close proximity to Tākina Wellington Convention & Exhibition Centre.

• QT Wellington / Museum Apartment Hotel – Closest hotel to Tākina, 2 separate hotel brands that share the lobby, restaurant etc. QT is 5 star and Museum Apartment is 4 star
• Oaks Wellington – 4.5 stars, new hotel on Courtenay Place, 5 minutes walk from Tākina. Note this property is in entertainment precinct so can get a little noisy on the weekends. Also about half of their rooms are internal (no windows)
• Copthorne Hotel Oriental Bay – 4 star hotel located beside the beach, a lovely 10 minute walk to Tākina
• InterContinental Wellington – 5 star hotel 10 minutes walk from Tākina

CLEAR provides the following meals as a part of your registration.  We take dietary restrictions and allergies seriously and strive to accommodate needs to the best of our ability. To ensure we can inform the venue of any special dietary requirements, please let us know of any concerns or restrictions by November 1, 2025.  You can include your specific dietary needs within your registration, or you can e-mail Candela Gomez (cgomez@clearhq.org) directly.
