Arizona ballot measure may limit regulatory waivers during emergency

A proposition on the Arizona ballot would limit the governor's ability to implement emergency waivers during an emergency declaration. Reciprocity and temporary waivers of regulations, like those enacted during the Covid-19 pandemic, would not be effective beyond 30 days.
