Virginia: Unified Regulatory Plan published

Virginia's governor has published a list of all the regulatory actions he expects the state government to complete by July 2023. The Unified Regulatory Plan, along with a new Regulatory Economic Analysis Manual, is published on the state's website in order to provide more transparency and allow "citizens to participate in the regulatory process in a more meaningful way." The plan includes items such as licensure of art therapists, training and supervision of digital scan technicians, continuing education requirements for jurisprudence, and implementing the Occupational Therapist Conpact.
