- Exhibits will be displayed at the site of CLEAR’s Regional Seminar. The Exhibitor Showcase will be located just outside the main meeting room. All coffee breaks will be located in the exhibit area.
- Each exhibit space will include a standard 6' table that will accommodate a tabletop display.
- Exhibitor’s logo will be placed on the conference website.
- Exhibitors will be listed in the conference program.
- Each exhibitor’s organization will receive one conference registration fee waiver for each exhibit space reserved.
Exhibit Space Availability
Exhibit space will be reserved on a first come, first served basis. There are six exhibit table spaces available for each CLEAR Regional Seminar location.
Member: US$700 Nonmember: US$800
Sole Sponsorship: US$4,000
- Sponsor’s logo will be displayed on signage at morning and afternoon breaks.
- Sponsor’s logo will be featured on the seminar website.
- Sponsor’s name and logo will be featured on items given to attendees.
- Sponsor will receive an advertisement in the conference program and on the attendee list.
Seminar Program (includes one advertisement): US$350
Morning or Afternoon Coffee & Refreshment Breaks: US$500 each
Sponsors will be invited to display materials for attendees or giveaway items on either side of the refreshment stations.
The sponsor will be invited to greet attendees as they enter the luncheon and hand out promotions or giveaways.
